Severn" built in Arnside in 1912
Severn is the Sailing Club's historic yacht. She was built in 1912 by Crossfields of Arnside for the Royal Mersey Yacht Club. Between 2022 and 2026 she was restored by David Moss Boatbuilders at Skippool near Blackpool with the help of The National Lottery Heritage Fund and other grants.. We keep her at Roa Island near Barrow.
