Congratulations to the Unicef Boat which came first in the final stage of the Clipper Round the World Race from Oban to Portsmouth. Amongst the crew was Sailing Club member Rachel Bodenham. Rachel crewed the boat from Seattle (USA) to Portsmouth via the Panama Canal, Washington DC and Oban.
Overall the Unicef Boat came 4th in the Round the World Race out of 11 boats. The overall winner was Ha Long Bay Vietnam, named after a resort in Vietnam.
