Arnside Sailing Club has been shortlisted for the Sailing Club of the Year 2022. The final result is determined by online vote and announced at the RYA Dinghy and Watersports Show on Sat 26th February.
The Sailing Club is one of two clubs representing the North West and has won the “Heart of the Community” award. This is the second time the Club has made the national final in 4 years, being shortlisted in 2019.
Achievements in the past year include increasing membership by just under 50% in the last year, becoming a RYA recognised training centre at Killington, introducing online booking systems, offering different watersports, improving our clubhouse and restarting music nights.
